Does selling the world’s fastest, most well-designed footwear AI and 3D scanner to brands and retailers across the globe sound like an exciting challenge? Volumental is growing our sales and marketing teams to multiply revenue over the next year, and we need passionate and motivated people to make it happen!

At Volumental, we’re passionate about creating a great shopping experience and helping people find the best products for them (both fit and style) - starting with shoes. To do that we 3D scan people’s feet and use AI to find or create shoes that fit you perfectly. This data also helps our customers, mainly world leading brands, to develop better products. Volumental’s 3D technology is currently live in 800 stores in 35 countries.

We’re in a strong growth phase. In two short years, since we rolled out our first scanner in 2016, we now help thousands of people every day find shoes that fit. Our solution is a crucial part of making footwear retail more efficient, personalized and sustainable. We do this by utilizing our beautifully designed high tech software and hardware, at present unparalleled in the global retail industry.

Volumental is a young and supportive company with a friendly and talented team of 30 people, currently comprising 14 nationalities speaking over 20 languages. We have a collaborative atmosphere and believe in developing our employees and growing our business while having fun at work.

What will you do?

  • Create demand for the Volumental solution by working as part of marketing and sales to segment and move leads through the sales funnel through web research, calls, emails and virtual meetings.

  • Pick up the phone, ask questions and adapt messaging to ensure that we are reaching the right customers in the right way. By prospecting to outbound leads and qualifying incoming leads you will identify decision makers, quantify the market potential and current opportunity. As we work with different cultures and organizations this means adapting and testing new approaches and having a ton of grit!

  • Pitch around the world. You will attend fairs and perfect your 30-second pitch to hook new customers whose businesses can transform using the Volumental solution.

  • All the other things! One week you may be jetting around the world and the next you will be prospecting, ensuring the CRM is updated or helping colleagues install iPads for a customer. We’re growing, but we are still a startup and you need to thrive in an intense and very collaborative environment.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a hunter more than a farmer. You have tenacity. You are motivated by a challenge and don’t give up.

  • You are a fast learner with an analytical mindset eager to develop.

  • You have worked with early funnel sales, you are happy to pick up the phone when needed, and you love selling.

  • You are tech-savvy – you do not need to have a PhD in Robotics or AI (we have five of those already) but you will be learning to sell a highly technical product.

  • You are comfortable working in English (other languages a plus) – our customers are in 35 countries and our team of 30 consists of 14 nationalities. It’s part of what makes Volumental a great place to work!

This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm Headquarters.
